At Pass & Move Football Coaching, we create a fun, safe, and supportive space where boys and girls of all abilities can grow in confidence and develop a real love for football.
Founded by James and Mani, Pass & Move was built to challenge the old-school style of coaching where children were shouted at or overlooked. Instead, we focus on positivity, motivation, and personalized development, making every child feel valued and inspired.

We currently offer 1–1 coaching in Mortimer and the surrounding Reading area, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity — every child is welcome and supported. In 2026, we’re excited to expand into group sessions, holiday camps, and school partnerships so even more young players can benefit.
We’re proud to be part of the local community and are already building meaningful relationships with families and local businesses. Our aim is simple:
